How to use the machine
Simply place the triangular dough on the dedicated conveyor belt. The drive roller rotates to move the belt toward the pressure roller. The dough sheet enters from the direction of the driven roller, passes through the pressure roller, and is carried forward by the belt. The upper edge of the dough sheet first comes into contact with the forming plate, creating friction that causes the front end of the dough sheet to curl backward into a roll. During the forming of croissants or crescent rolls, the dough is rolled into a stick shape. Once formed, the stick-shaped dough exits through the discharge opening and falls onto the receiving tray.
