The 32 trays hot air rotary oven  can be used for baking bread (such as loaf bread, French bread, burgers,crossaint bread), cakes, moon cakes, biscuits, and meat (such as duck ,beaf,fish etc).

It  is widely  used in food or bread factories, supermarkets, bakeries,  hotels  , as well as in individual food processing and bakery places such as cake houses and bakeries.

Features of rotary oven 

1. Big capacity :the whole cart can go in and out , which  can bake 32 trays at a time .

2. Adopt stainless steel electric heating tube to save energy consumption.The temperature, time, rotation system and combustion system of the whole machine are controlled by a continuous control method, which is easy to operate.

3. The thermal insulation layer is made of high-density fine cotton material with good thermal insulation properties. Has a tight seal to reduce heat loss.

4. It has steaming and humidity function, which can meet the baker's requirements for high quality bread.

5. Strong hot air convection, good penetration and uniformity.

6. The control panel is separated from the oven body, with heat insulation and less failure.

7. There are three heating methods: electric, oil and gas. Top hook rotation and bottom rotation can be selected.

8. The oil and gas burners adopt Italian Baltur brand, which heats evenly and saves energy consumption

9. 16-tray, 32-tray and 64-tray ovens can be customized according to customer needs.
